Description:
We are hiring a remote Social Media & Client Relations Executive for fresh graduates to build brand presence, create engaging content, and support digital campaigns for our financial services offerings.
Responsibilities:
- Create and publish platform-tailored content (posts, short video scripts, visuals) for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, and TikTok
- Schedule posts and manage the content calendar using social tools (e.g., Buffer, Meta Business Suite)
- Monitor community, respond to comments and messages, and escalate queries when needed
- Track performance using platform insights and prepare weekly and monthly reports
- Support paid social campaigns and A/B tests with copy and design suggestions
- Ensure content accuracy and regulatory compliance for financial communications
- Stay updated on industry trends and propose content ideas to grow engagement and generate leads
What we’re looking for
Must-have:
- Strong written communication and copywriting in English
- Basic graphic and design skills (Canva or similar) and ability to create short videos
- Familiarity with social platforms, native analytics, and simple reporting
- Creative thinking, attention to detail, time management, and reliability for remote work
- Willingness to learn basic financial products and compliance requirements
- Ability to collaborate with marketing, sales, and advisory teams; proactive attitude
