Description:

Sysridge Technologies is expanding its international analytics capability and seeks a Marketing Analyst to support data-driven growth initiatives targeting the Australian market. Reporting to the regional marketing lead, the role combines digital analytics, campaign measurement, market research and cross-functional collaboration to translate data into actionable recommendations that improve lead generation, conversion and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and regular reports on campaign performance, website behavior, acquisition channels and funnel metrics.
  • Perform cohort, attribution and A/B test analyses to identify high-impact optimizations across paid, organic and email channels.
  • Translate quantitative insights into clear recommendations for marketing, product and sales teams to increase conversion rates and reduce customer acquisition cost.
  • Conduct market and competitor research focused on the Australian IT services landscape to inform positioning and messaging.
  • Collaborate with digital marketing and engineering to implement tracking, tag management and data quality improvements.
  • Support forecasting and ROI analysis for campaign planning and budget allocation.
  • What we’re looking for :

Must-have

  • Hands-on experience with web and product analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Mixpanel, Adobe Analytics).
  • Strong SQL proficiency for data extraction and cohort analysis.
  • Practical knowledge of tag management (e.g., GTM), event tracking implementation and data layer design.
  • Experience building dashboards in BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI) and presenting insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing channels (paid search, display, social, SEO, email) and channel performance metrics and attribution.
  • Ability to design and analyze A/B tests and calculate statistical significance.

Preferred

  • Certification in digital analytics or BI tools.
  • Experience working in cross-functional Agile teams.
