We offer investment advisory, corporate finance, risk management, working capital solutions, and digital financial services.
Role Summary
The Sales and Marketing Associate will represent Refine Success to grow client relationships, build pipeline across target segments, and communicate product value to drive revenue and client success. This is a full-time, remote/online role based in Lahore with required travel (Islamabad and other territories) and a morning shift.
Primary Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify prospective clients across retail, SME, and corporate segments through research, outreach, and networking.
- Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly acquisition and revenue targets.
- Deliver product presentations and tailored proposals for working capital, advisory engagements, and digital finance offerings.
- Manage the sales process from lead to close, coordinating with credit, legal, and delivery teams for compliant onboarding and execution.
- Maintain CRM records, manage pipeline forecasting, and report on metrics to meet targets.
- Generate leads through digital channels, referrals, and field outreach; nurture relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Ensure adherence to compliance, confidentiality, and internal policies when handling client information.
What we’re looking for

Must-have: Proven sales experience in financial services, banking, fintech, or related B2B/B2C contexts with target achievement history.
- Consultative selling, negotiation, proposal preparation, and deal-closing skills.
- Territory planning, lead generation, CRM management, and pipeline forecasting experience.
- Basic understanding of corporate finance, working capital products, risk assessment, and advisory services.
- Strong communication and presentation skills; able to explain financial products and ROI to non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfortable using MS Office, CRM platforms, and digital marketing channels.
- Organizational skills to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (credit, legal, operations).

Preferred: Professional certifications in sales, finance, or marketing; 3+ years relevant experience; experience in digital financial services.
