- Development and execution of structured sales plans, based on sound knowledge of market variables and customer needs.
- Consistent delivery of sales targets, with a view to remain at par with the monthly target.
- Improve profitability through increased fee income generation.
- Regularly review customer complaints, approaching complainant personally where required to ensure prompt resolution.
