  • Development and execution of structured sales plans, based on sound knowledge of market variables and customer needs.
  • Consistent delivery of sales targets, with a view to remaining at par with the monthly target.
  • Improve profitability through increased fee income generation.
  • Regularly review customer complaints, approaching complainant personally where required to ensure prompt resolution.
