The Social Media Growth Manager works independently without managing a team, focusing on applying best practices in brand management, community engagement, and content optimization to grow the company's digital footprint and foster lasting relationships with target audiences. The role requires keen familiarity with current social media trends, algorithms, and tools such as Canva and Meta Business Suite to develop visually appealing materials and manage day-to-day content workflows efficiently. Strong communication skills in English and Urdu are essential to effectively convey brand messages and interact with the community. This position combines strategic planning with hands-on content development, demanding a creative and analytical mindset to continuously improve online reach and engagement. Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and execute comprehensive social media strategies that align with Global Online Services' brand and business goals.
  • Create engaging, compelling, and visually attractive content including posts, captions, and graphics tailored to different social media platforms.
  • Manage daily operations of social media accounts using tools like Canva and Meta Business Suite to schedule posts, monitor activity, and optimize performance.
  • Analyze social media metrics and platform trends regularly to adjust strategies and improve audience growth, engagement, and brand awareness.
  • Engage actively with the online community through timely responses and thoughtful interaction to build and maintain strong relationships with followers.
  • Monitor and report on competitor activities and emerging social media trends to keep the company’s social media presence fresh and competitive.
  • Work closely with the marketing and content teams to ensure brand consistency and incorporate broader marketing objectives into social media campaigns.
  • Develop content calendars to plan and organize posts, ensuring consistent and timely delivery of social media content.
  • Identify opportunities for brand collaborations, influencer partnerships, and community events to expand the company’s reach and impact online.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of platform algorithm changes and adjust tactics to optimize content visibility and engagement.
  • Ensure all social media communications uphold the company’s professionalism and value system, fostering a positive and respectful brand image.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management on social media growth, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
