Professional Careers Training & Recruitment Ltd is seeking a motivated and ambitious Business Development Executive to join their dynamic team.

This role focuses on driving business growth through effective client relationship management, sales strategy implementation, and customer acquisition.

The successful candidate will utilise their skills in negotiation, CRM software, and cold calling to identify and engage potential clients, primarily in the sectors related to accounting and business analysis.

This position provides an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or professionals with up to one year of experience who are passionate about building a successful career in sales and business development within an on-site environment located in Johar Town, Lahore.

The Business Development Executive plays a vital role by establishing and maintaining strong client relationships and delivering persuasive sales presentations.

They work collaboratively with the sales team to meet and exceed targets while staying informed about market trends and competitor activities.

Although this role does not include managing a team, it offers comprehensive training, a supportive work environment, and attractive compensation packages designed to encourage professional growth and development.

The position involves working Monday through Saturday 

Timings: 01:00 pm - 10:00 pm, and requires effective communication skills and proactive initiative to succeed.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed market research to identify potential clients within the accounting and business analyst sectors.
  • Initiate and maintain contact with prospects through phone calls, emails, and Online meetings to present company products and services.
  • Build strong and lasting relationships with clients by understanding their specific needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Deliver persuasive and clear sales presentations and product demonstrations to communicate value propositions effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to consistently achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Stay continuously updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to refine sales approaches.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports while maintaining detailed customer records within the CRM system.
  • Leverage CRM software and Salesforce tools to track client interactions and pipeline progress efficiently.
  • Employ effective negotiation skills to close deals and secure new business opportunities.
  • Practice cold calling techniques to generate new leads and expand the client base.
  • Exhibit strong presentation skills to engage and influence prospective clients.
  • Demonstrate excellent English communication skills for effective internal and external interactions.
  • Maintain a proactive, self-motivated approach to meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to support shared goals and business objectives.
  • Participate actively in the comprehensive training programs provided to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Uphold a high level of professionalism in all client interactions and company representations.
