Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns
- Generate high-quality leads for UK-based businesses
- Manage and optimize Meta Ads campaigns to improve ROI
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies
- Improve website rankings and organic traffic
- Create and schedule engaging social media content
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports
- Track conversions, leads, and marketing KPIs
- Work closely with management to develop marketing strategies
- Identify new opportunities for lead generation and business growth
What we’re looking for

Must-have: Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing

Proven experience: Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram Ads (Meta Ads)

Lead generation: Strong understanding of strategies for generating quality leads

SEO: Keyword research, on-page optimization, Google Search Console

Analytics: Google Analytics

CRM: Experience using CRM systems

Social media: Experience managing business accounts and content scheduling

Communication: Excellent written and verbal English
