Introduction

Position: Meta Ads Specialist & Digital Marketing Manager
Location: South Africa (Remote)
Work Hours: Full-Time | 06:00 SAST start (aligned with AEST afternoon)
Role Type: Permanent
Reports To: Managing Director & Creative Director
Salary: R25 000 per month (non-negotiable)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Meta Ads Specialist & Digital Marketing Manager to join a boutique, fast-paced agency environment. This role is ideal for a technically strong Meta Ads expert who also thrives as a marketing all-rounder.

The successful candidate will take full ownership of Meta advertising campaigns while supporting client coordination and broader agency operations. This is a hands-on role suited to a proactive, reliable professional who can manage both technical execution and client-facing responsibilities with confidence.

Duties & Responsibilities

Meta Ads & Creative Strategy

  • Build, manage, and optimise high-performing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
  • Handle technical setup including Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), and event tracking
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, and audience targeting to improve performance
  • Create and edit ad assets using tools such as Canva or CapCut

Client Support & Account Coordination

  • Work closely with leadership to ensure client accounts remain on track and deliver results
  • Participate in client meetings, presenting campaign updates and performance insights
  • Maintain clear visibility across all accounts, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met

Agency Operations

  • Manage workflows and task tracking using Monday.com
  • Maintain accurate CRM data within GoHighLevel
  • Assist with reporting, documentation, and pitch deck preparation

Desired Experience & Qualification

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 3–5+ years of experience managing paid Meta advertising campaigns (agency experience preferred)
  • Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Business Suite, and Event Setup Tool
  • Experience with Meta Pixel, CAPI, and tracking implementation
  • Familiarity with Google Tag Manager is advantageous
  • Experience with Canva, Monday.com, and GoHighLevel is highly beneficial
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
