Reports To: Head of Marketing / Marketing Director
Salary: R50,000 (non-negotiable)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly driven and commercially minded Head of Digital Content Creation to lead the development and execution of content strategy across a diverse, international portfolio of education brands.

This role is both strategic and hands-on, responsible for delivering high-volume, high-performing content across organic social, paid media, email marketing, and web platforms. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving brand visibility, engagement, and conversion across multiple global markets.

You will be expected to operate at both a leadership and execution level, managing content pipelines, guiding creative direction, and continuously optimising performance through data-driven decision-making.

Duties & Responsibilities

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive the overarching digital content strategy across multiple brands and international regions
  • Develop and manage structured, forward-planned content calendars across all key channels
  • Lead organic content ideation and execution across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
  • Oversee the creation of high-performing paid media assets across Meta, TikTok, Reddit, and Google PMAX
  • Build and implement platform-specific content strategies, with particular focus on TikTok and Reddit
  • Collaborate closely with marketing leadership, brand teams, and performance marketing specialists
  • Manage end-to-end content production, including coordination with designers, freelancers, and AI tools
  • Establish and maintain organised asset libraries and scalable production workflows
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on content performance across all channels
  • Implement structured testing frameworks to continuously improve creative output and campaign results

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience in digital content strategy and high-volume content production
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multi-brand, multi-channel content environments
  • Strong experience across both organic and paid media creative
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and performance marketing principles
  • Ability to translate strategy into execution with measurable results
  • Experience working in remote environments and collaborating with cross-functional, international teams
