Position Overview
We are looking for a high-performing and driven Front Sales Specialist to join our elite sales team. In this role, the incumbent will be responsible for closing high-ticket deals ranging from $10,000 to $15,000 and above with clients across the USA. The incumbent will engage with warm and qualified leads, navigate complex sales cycles, and deliver compelling pitches that convert prospects into long-term clients. This role demands a seasoned closer who thrives under pressure, commands the sales conversation, and consistently delivers results.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from initial discovery call through to close on high-ticket deals of $10,000–$15,000+
- Engage confidently with C-suite executives, business owners, and key decision-makers across the USA
- Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to understand prospect pain points and align Carpe Diem's solutions to their needs
- Deliver persuasive, consultative sales presentations that articulate ROI and business value
- Manage and nurture a pipeline of qualified prospects, ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent movement toward close
- Handle high-level objections with confidence, turning hesitation into commitment
- Collaborate with the lead generation and cold calling teams to ensure a steady flow of qualified opportunities
- Accurately forecast sales performance and maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing while protecting company margins and client satisfaction
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly revenue targets and closing benchmarks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 3+ years of proven experience in high-ticket B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, digital marketing, or lead generation services
- Demonstrated track record of closing deals in the $10,000–$15,000+ range
- Exceptional English communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to command a sales conversation
- Deep understanding of consultative and solution-based selling methodologies (e.g., SPIN, Challenger, MEDDIC)
- Strong ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with US-based clients
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) for pipeline and deal management
- Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient with a hunter mentality
- Comfortable working night shifts aligned with US business hours
- Experience selling to SMBs or mid-market companies in the US is strongly preferred
