Description:

Our client is a fast-growing DTC clothing brand focused on creating stylish, comfortable apparel designed for everyday confidence and wearability. With a strong emphasis on clean aesthetics, modern branding, and performance-driven content, they are looking for a Video Editor to create engaging social-first content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, paid ads, and other digital channels.

Need to Have Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of video editing experience
  • Strong experience editing short-form social media content
  • Proficiency in Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software
  • Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and retention-focused editing
  • Experience editing for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and paid social ads
  • Ability to create platform-native content that feels organic and engaging
  • Strong understanding of modern DTC and fashion content styles
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and fast turnaround timelines

Nice to Have Qualifications:

  • Experience working with DTC, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands
  • Familiarity with motion graphics and text animation
  • Experience with UGC-style editing and performance marketing creatives
  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, Figma)
  • Experience using AI tools within editing workflows
  • Interest in fashion, lifestyle, and social media trends

Responsibilities:

  • Edit short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and paid social campaigns
  • Turn raw footage into engaging, conversion-focused content optimized for retention and performance
  • Add subtitles, text overlays, transitions, music, and light motion graphics where appropriate
  • Create multiple creative variations for A/B testing campaigns
  • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams on campaign concepts and content direction
  • Repurpose existing content into new formats and platform-specific edits
  • Maintain visual consistency across all branded video content
  • Stay up to date with social media trends, editing styles, and high-performing content formats
  • Organize project files and maintain efficient editing workflows
  • Contribute creative ideas to improve engagement, watch time, and conversion performance

  • Producing clean, engaging, high-retention social content
  • Creating edits that feel native to modern DTC/fashion brands
  • Delivering content that supports growth, engagement, and conversions
