Job Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated, data-driven E-Commerce Digital Marketing Manager to oversee, develop, and execute our online marketing strategies. In this role, you will be responsible for driving online traffic, increasing conversion rates, and scaling our e-commerce revenue across multiple digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies (both paid and organic) to achieve business growth and sales targets.

Paid Media / Performance Marketing: Set up, manage, and optimize high-converting paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax), TikTok, and other relevant platforms.

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Analyze user journeys, heatmaps, and bounce rates to optimize product pages and checkout flows to maximize sales.

Retention Marketing: Design and implement automated email and SMS marketing flows (e.g., welcome series, abandoned cart recovery, customer win-backs) using tools like Klaviyo or Mailchimp.

SEO & Content Strategy: Oversee SEO efforts to improve organic rankings, ensuring product descriptions, blogs, and landing pages are fully optimized.

Budget & ROI Management: Efficiently allocate marketing budgets, ensuring a healthy balance between Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rates, AOV (Average Order Value), and LTV (Lifetime Value) on a weekly/monthly basis.
Job Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager specifically within the E-commerce sector (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or Amazon ecosystem).

Technical Skills:
- Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Google Merchant Center.
- Hands-on experience with email marketing automation tools.

Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data, spot trends, and make data-backed adjustments to campaigns.

Creative & Copywriting: Ability to guide creative teams on ad visuals and write compelling, high-converting ad copy.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field (equivalent practical experience will also be considered).
