Role summary:
We are hiring a Cold Caller to support business development by generating qualified leads, booking discovery calls, and informing prospects about SEO and digital marketing offerings. This is a target-driven, full-time role reporting to the owner. The role requires excellent phone technique, persistence, and a professional approach when engaging business owners and marketing managers across Pakistan.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calling to target lists of SMEs across selected Pakistani cities and industries to introduce services.
- Qualify prospects by understanding their current marketing/SEO needs.
- Book discovery and appointment calls with qualified prospects.
- Explain service value and position SEO/digital marketing offerings credibly.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up cadence.
- Use online calendars for scheduling and send follow-up messages via email or messaging tools.
What we’re looking for

Proven experience in outbound cold calling or tele-sales (preferably within marketing, advertising, or B2B services).

Clear, confident spoken Urdu and English communication.

Strong listening and questioning skills to identify client pain points and buying intent.

Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) and accurate data entry habits.
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing concepts.

Target-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding outreach and appointment-setting goals.

Time management and remote work discipline; able to maintain volume and follow-up cadence independently.

Professional telephone etiquette and objection-handling techniques; ability to adapt scripts based on prospect responses.
