- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve branch targets for deposits, loans, and other financial products.
- Promote product cross-selling to optimize business opportunities and revenue growth.
- Build and sustain strong, long-term relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Handle customer complaints and escalations effectively to resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with branch staff to support their performance and ensure delivery of excellent customer service.
- Ensure compliance with Know Your Customer, Anti-Money Laundering, and audit requirements.
- Identify and mitigate potential operational, financial, and reputational risks within the branch.
- Coordinate and cooperate with internal and external auditors during branch audits.
