Financial Legos Solutions is seeking a Sales Support Executive – IT (Pre-Sales) to join our remote team, supporting a Canadian client base within the Managed Services (MSP) environment.
This is a client-facing, detail-oriented role focused on assisting the sales team with IT proposals, technical coordination, and sales support activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, networking basics, and cabling concepts, and the ability to translate client requirements into clear and accurate proposals.
You will work closely with onshore sales executives while also communicating directly with clients to gather missing information, clarify scope, and ensure all requirements are properly captured. This role requires someone who can work independently, ask the right questions, and take ownership of tasks from start to finish.
The position involves working with CRM systems, supporting the sales lifecycle, maintaining documentation, and ensuring all deliverables are accurate and professionally presented. Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) are essential, as you will be interacting with clients in a professional capacity.
Candidates must be available during Canadian Eastern Standard Time (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM) and should have a reliable internet connection, power backup, and a professional remote work environment.
