Description:

Financial Legos Solutions is seeking a Sales Support Executive – IT (Pre-Sales) to join our remote team, supporting a Canadian client base within the Managed Services (MSP) environment.

This is a client-facing, detail-oriented role focused on assisting the sales team with IT proposals, technical coordination, and sales support activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, networking basics, and cabling concepts, and the ability to translate client requirements into clear and accurate proposals.

You will work closely with onshore sales executives while also communicating directly with clients to gather missing information, clarify scope, and ensure all requirements are properly captured. This role requires someone who can work independently, ask the right questions, and take ownership of tasks from start to finish.

The position involves working with CRM systems, supporting the sales lifecycle, maintaining documentation, and ensuring all deliverables are accurate and professionally presented. Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) are essential, as you will be interacting with clients in a professional capacity.

Candidates must be available during Canadian Eastern Standard Time (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM) and should have a reliable internet connection, power backup, and a professional remote work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare IT quotes and proposals based on client requirements, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Support sales activities related to:
    • On-prem servers and infrastructure
    • Workstations and hardware refresh projects
    • Networking and cabling requirements (including new builds)
  • Communicate directly with clients to:
    • Gather missing technical and commercial information
    • Clarify scope, quantities, and specifications
  • Work closely with onshore sales executives to finalize and submit proposals on time
  • Maintain and update all sales activities, quotes, and customer information in CRM systems
  • Coordinate with technical and procurement teams to ensure correct product selection and pricing
  • Track, follow up, and manage open quotes and pending requirements
  • Ensure all deliverables (quotes, emails, documentation) are:
    • Professionally written
    • Accurate
    • Client-ready
  • Identify gaps or inconsistencies in requirements and proactively seek clarification or resolution
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrate ownership by working independently, asking the right questions, and following tasks through to completion
  • Maintain a reliable remote work setup, including stable internet, power backup, and a professional work environment
