This role offers the unique opportunity to work remotely (salary between 50 to 60 thousand rupees), supporting clients from North America, specifically the United States and Canada. As a Call Center Booking Representative, you will play a crucial role in managing outbound booking calls, coordinating schedules, and confirming appointments with accuracy and professionalism. Successful candidates will demonstrate clear and fluent English communication skills with a neutral accent and the ability to maintain courteous and effective interactions with customers. This role requires strong computer literacy to manage records effectively using CRM systems while operating from a home-based environment. The ideal representative exhibits excellent telephone etiquette, active listening abilities, and empathy to ensure customer satisfaction at every interaction. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound booking calls to clients in the United States and Canada, ensuring clear and professional communication at all times.

  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve product knowledge, communication skills, and service delivery.
  • Work flexible night shifts that align with the business hours of clients based in the US and Canada.
