EZ MD Solutions is a US-based healthcare services company. Our remote team works in real time with American physicians handling medical documentation, EHR entry, and patient coordination. This is a paid, professional role with a clear career path, built for medical graduates who want meaningful, internationally relevant work from home.

Responsibilities
- Document live patient encounters in EHR systems alongside US-based physicians in real time
- Transcribe and finalize medical notes in compliance with US healthcare standards
- Communicate professionally with US patients and providers regarding scheduling and follow-ups
- Support administrative functions including appointment scheduling, insurance verification, and billing
- Coordinate with cross-functional remote teams to maintain accurate clinical records
- Uphold HIPAA compliance and strict patient confidentiality at all times
Requirements
- MBBS or BDS degree strongly preferred PharmD and life sciences graduates also considered
- Strong spoken and written English daily communication with US physicians and patients
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM with high accuracy
- Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, dedicated home workspace
- Self-motivated and able to work independently on a US time zone schedule
- Prior experience in medical scribing, clinical admin, or healthcare call center is a plus
- Familiarity with EHR platforms or medical transcription software is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
