The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field and demonstrates expertise in project management, research and analysis, and data interpretation. The specialist thrives in a fast-paced environment, using exceptional writing and editing skills to design persuasive pricing narratives and value propositions that align with client needs and organizational goals. The successful candidate does not oversee a team but collaborates closely with various departments to gather relevant data and insights that support proposal development. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office tools is necessary to organize information effectively and deliver high-quality proposals within strict deadlines. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously are critical to excel in this position at Optimize Digital.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, write, and manage comprehensive proposals in response to requests for proposals, quotes, and tenders, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and persuasive content.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to gather relevant market, competitor, and client information to support proposal development and create compelling value propositions.
- Interpret data and project metrics to structure effective pricing narratives that highlight benefits and align with client expectations and business strategy.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including sales, marketing, finance, and project teams to collect necessary information and ensure proposals reflect current capabilities and business objectives.
- Edit and refine proposal content for coherence, grammar, and professionalism to maintain high linguistic and presentation standards.
- Manage multiple proposal deadlines efficiently, prioritizing tasks and organizing workflow to meet company goals and submission timelines without compromising quality.
- Maintain detailed records and documentation related to proposal submissions, revisions, and feedback for continuous improvement of proposal strategies.
