Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a video editing team of 10 members, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to ensure high productivity and quality standards.
- Oversee the entire video production workflow, from initial concept development through final delivery, ensuring projects meet deadlines and specifications.
- Edit raw footage into polished video content by applying advanced video editing techniques including cutting, trimming, layering, and sequencing.
- Perform color grading to enhance visual appeal and consistency across all video projects.
- Incorporate motion graphics and visual effects using Adobe After Effects to add creativity and visual impact to videos.
- Edit and synchronize soundtracks, dialogues, and other audio elements to ensure high-quality audio output.
- Collaborate with creative teams, marketing, and other departments to understand project goals and deliver videos aligned with brand messaging.
- Monitor and maintain video quality control, resolving any issues related to footage quality, continuity, or technical problems.
- Train and mentor team members on new editing tools, techniques, and best practices to continuously improve team capabilities.
- Maintain awareness of emerging video editing technologies, industry trends, and software updates to innovate production techniques.
- Manage multiple editing projects simultaneously while meeting strict timelines and maintaining attention to detail.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, copyright laws, and ethical standards related to media production and usage.
