Video Editor

Hi, my name is Olga Sinenko founder of Live it Up academy.

I’m growing my YouTube channel, @OlgaSinenkoRealEstate, and I’m looking for a strong video editor to join the project as part of the team. Its a remote, part time role.

This is not a “cut the video and add subtitles” type of content

The format is structured storytelling, so I need someone who understands pacing, rhythm, retention, sound design and how editing can make the message stronger.

You will be working with a ready script, technical brief and references. Tasks and direction will be given by the producer, but I’m looking for someone who can think with the project, not just follow instructions mechanically.

The scope of work:

• 4 long-form YouTube videos per month
• Video length: up to 20 minutes
• Editing in Adobe Premiere Pro only
• No CapCut editing

• Experience editing long-form YouTube videos
• A strong sense of pacing and viewer retention
• Clean, structured editing
• Precise sound design
• Ability to highlight key ideas through editing
• Ability to improve the structure when needed
• Accuracy with deadlines
• Creativity within the scope of the task
