You will work closely with a Creative Strategist to turn concepts, scripts, research, and raw footage into highly engaging short-form ads that convert and scale to millions in revenue.
You will edit across Meta, TikTok, and paid social, using psychology, pacing, AI tools, and direct-response principles to craft content that stops the scroll and drives conversions.
You will also participate in our Editor Bonus Pool, paid monthly, based on the percentage of ad spend attributed to creatives you edited. This role is for a top editor who thrives in a performance-driven environment.

- Edit high-performing short-form ads optimised for hook rate, hold rate, CTR, and conversion.
- Collaborate daily with the Creative Strategist on concepts, scripts, angles, and iterations.
- Use AI video tools, voice tools, and image tools to push creative boundaries.
- Maintain an organised Google Drive system for footage, project files, and completed edits.
- Translate human psychology and direct-response selling principles into your edits.
- Develop and test new editing frameworks, pacing styles, and storytelling structures.
- Iterate quickly based on data, feedback, and campaign performance.
- Work comfortably in AEST hours with fast and reliable turnaround times.
- Stay ahead of social trends, creative formats, and industry innovations.

- 3โ5+ years of dedicated video editing experience in DTC, UGC, or performance creatives.
- Deep understanding of marketing psychology, attention mechanics, and narrative tension.
- Extremely strong English comprehension, able to interpret scripts, research, and briefs.
- Advanced skill with editing software (Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci, After Effects etc.).
- Highly organised, systematic, and able to manage high-volume creative workflows.
- Performance-minded with a strong desire to innovate and improve every single week.
- Comfortable working directly in a high-speed, high-accountability team.
- Hungry to learn, experiment, and grow, constantly looking for the next breakthrough.

- Experience editing for 7โ8 figure DTC brands.
- Strong motion graphics or animation capabilities.
