AhDev101 is looking for a skilled and passionate cybersecurity professional to deliver our 2-Day Network & Wi-Fi Security Hacking Workshop as a live online instructor.
This is a freelance, per-workshop engagement. You will conduct the workshop live over Zoom/Google Meet for a beginner-to-intermediate audience β teaching real-world network attack techniques and defensive strategies in a hands-on, practical environment.
π° Compensation: PKR 5,000 β 6,000 (2 days Workshop, 2.5 to 3 Hours each)

π RESPONSIBILITIES

β’ Deliver a complete 2-day live online workshop (approx. 2.5β3 hrs per day) following the AhDev101 instructor guide
β’ Conduct live technical demonstrations using Kali Linux, Wireshark, aircrack-ng, bettercap, and Hashcat
β’ Guide participants through hands-on exercises including packet sniffing, WPA2 handshake capture, ARP spoofing, and password cracking
β’ Host a mini CTF (Capture The Flag) challenge on Day 2 and manage the lab environment
β’ Troubleshoot participant setup issues in real time (Kali VM, USB Wi-Fi adapters, tool errors)
β’ Maintain a professional, ethical, and legally compliant learning environment throughout
β’ Engage participants with clear explanations, live diagrams, and real-world analogies

β REQUIREMENTS

Technical Knowledge (Must Have):
β’ Solid understanding of networking fundamentals β OSI model, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, ARP
β’ Hands-on experience with Kali Linux as a primary penetration testing OS
β’ Proficiency with the aircrack-ng suite (airmon-ng, airodump-ng, aireplay-ng)
β’ Experience capturing WPA/WPA2 4-way handshakes and PMKID using hcxdumptool
β’ Ability to perform and explain ARP spoofing and MITM attacks using bettercap
β’ Experience with Wireshark for live packet analysis and HTTP traffic inspection
β’ Knowledge of WPA2 password cracking using aircrack-ng and Hashcat (mode 22000)
β’ Familiarity with setting up a rogue Evil Twin AP using hostapd and dnsmasq
β’ Understanding of 802.11 Wi-Fi protocols, frame types, and security standards (WEP/WPA/WPA2/WPA3)
β’ Awareness of legal and ethical boundaries in penetration testing
Teaching & Delivery (Must Have):
β’ Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to beginners
β’ Experience delivering live technical workshops, bootcamps, or training sessions (online preferred)
β’ Comfortable with screen sharing, live terminal demonstrations, and managing a virtual classroom
β’ Ability to manage time effectively across a structured 3-hour session plan
β’ Calm and professional under pressure β able to troubleshoot live demo failures gracefully
Setup Requirements:
β’ Own a USB Wi-Fi adapter that supports monitor mode (e.g. Alfa AWUS036ACH or equivalent)
β’ Kali Linux VM fully configured and ready to demonstrate all tools before the session
β’ Stable internet connection suitable for screen sharing and live video
β’ Isolated lab router/AP dedicated to workshop demos (not your personal home router)

β’ Relevant certifications: CEH, OSCP, eJPT, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent
β’ Prior experience with TryHackMe, HackTheBox, or CTF competitions
β’ Experience creating cybersecurity course content or tutorials
β’ Familiarity with OBS Studio or screen recording for backup demo clips
β’ Ability to set up and manage a simple CTF lab environment (hostapd + victim VM)
