ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Video Content Specialist at Savvital, you will be the visual storyteller behind our brand and marketing initiatives. This role is designed for a creative powerhouse who can own the entire video production workflow—from ideation to final edit—to strengthen our marketing execution capacity. You will support our growing internal and client-facing demands by producing high-impact video content for social media, recruitment marketing, and brand storytelling, ensuring a consistent and professional digital presence [user-provided text].

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Video Production & Editing

  • Own the end-to-end creation and editing of video content for all channels, including Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, and TikTok [user-provided text].
  • Produce high-quality VP pitch recordings, brand storytelling pieces, and internal culture content for Life@Savvital.
  • Ensure professional audio quality, pacing, framing, and visual flow across all deliverables.
  • Transform raw footage into platform-ready formats that align with Savvital’s brand standards.

Platform-Specific Strategy & Ideation

  • Adapt video content for diverse platforms, focusing on vertical-first editing and hook optimization for social engagement [user-provided text].
  • Contribute creative ideas for new social formats, employer branding, and marketing campaign concepts.
  • Stay ahead of emerging video trends and storytelling techniques to improve digital engagement.

Marketing & Operational Support

  • Collaborate with marketing associates, designers, and strategists to provide video assets for digital advertising and campaigns.
  • Assist with recurring departmental tasks, including VP profile visual formatting and internal brand initiatives.
  • Support the preparation of internal visual assets and documentation to ensure continuity of marketing operations.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or After Effects [user-provided text].
  • Creative Vision: A strong sense of visual direction and the ability to translate abstract ideas into compelling video narratives.
  • Social Media Savvy: Deep understanding of platform-specific formats, algorithms, and trend-based content.

  • Collaboration: Ability to work closely with the Marketing Assistant Manager and other internal teams to meet campaign objectives.
