Description:
We are looking for a Technical Application Specialist with at least 1 year of experience in sourcing technology-specific contract positions from various job boards and applying to all qualified positions daily. The person is also responsible for ensuring that our employees continue to rank at the top of all job boards.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Apply to all available job postings on the major job portals for our consultants who are assigned. E.g., Monster, TechFetch, Indeed, Zip Recruiter, LinkedIn, etc.
- Strong job board, keyword search, profile ranking, and search optimization skills - ensuring that all assigned consultants are relevant and visible to recruiters
- Ownership in the incoming traction for our consultants from vendors in the market
Desired Qualifications Include:
- Must have a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) at least
- 1+ years of experience in sourcing.
- Strong computer skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently, but also take directions from a single manager
- Must be an extremely proactive person who takes pride in their work
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus
- Must be very organized and have great attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software related to job boards, social media platforms, etc.
