Description:
About the Company
We're a digital marketing company known as the "agency's agency" since 2014 — the extended production arm for most agencies in Canada and a trusted partner to major direct-to-brand clients across North America. We don't do strategy or creative concepting; we execute. Our mission: to be the production partner creative teams can always count on.
Our services span:
-
Display ads: standard banners, dynamic banners, rich media
-
Motion video: social ads, digital out-of-home, in-stream ads, video editing, 2D/3D animation, storyboarding
-
Web support: UX/UI, email builds, web applications, CMS development
-
Extended services: creative repurposing, resizing and versioning, pitch slides, print design, copywriting
Our customers include some of the world's most recognised brands — global technology companies like Spotify, Google, and Microsoft, beauty and retail brands like Sephora and Dior, automotive brands like BMW, Toyota, and Harley-Davidson, food and beverage brands like McDonald's, Doritos, and Baileys, and leading health agencies specialising in pharmaceutical advertising — the majority based in Canada and the US.
We're known for low turnover and a team that genuinely loves the work. We've been in business for over a decade, with some team members who have been with us for 6–12 years.
OUR COMPANY VALUES guide our team and shape our culture:
-
🔍 Curious by Nature: Curiosity keeps us moving. It's the courage to question, the drive to learn, and the willingness to let go of what doesn't work. Complacency is the real barrier, curiosity is our way of overcoming it. We build momentum, not monuments, turning the unknown into opportunity.
-
🤝 We Trust Our Team: We show up consistently for our teammates, clients, and partners. Trust grows when we take responsibility, communicate openly, and follow through, even when no one is watching.
-
🔥 Hunger for Excellence: Drive is the spark that keeps us moving forward. It's a relentless pursuit of excellence, fueled by curiosity, accountability, and a desire to grow. Skills fade, tools change, but our commitment endures. We build not just capability, but lasting impact.
-
🏆 Winning as a Team: Humility is demonstrated by recognising the value of our team in being successful. With rising tides, we rise together. When storms arrive, we leave our egos aside and step in because we're here to get it right and not to be right.
-
😄 Work Hard, Laugh Harder: We do serious work, but we don't have to be serious in our work. Humour is our secret tool to navigate difficult situations with lightness and teamwork.
We're a remote-first organisation with 5–6 teammates in Ontario and ~25 in the Philippines. Our team spans Sales, Production, and leadership, with all our Designers and Developers based in the Philippines. We're part of a larger holding company with 70+ people across 5 businesses, headquartered in Toronto with team members in Montreal, Ottawa, Vancouver, the Philippines, Pakistan, Kenya — and expanding.
We're a tight-knit team — trust is high, everyone supports each other, and there's no micromanagement. We use a project management tool to assign and track work, with a multi-layered QA system: the person doing the work checks it, their manager reviews it, we use AI for QA, and our Production Team does a final check before anything goes to clients. We run multiple shifts across North America and the Philippines, which keeps work moving fast. Quality is a shared responsibility across everyone. Our Philippines team also comes together once a year for a paid offsite weekend.
About the Role
We're looking for a remote Marketing Production Manager to manage multiple digital projects from concept to delivery, ensuring timely execution and seamless communication between internal teams and external clients.
In this role, you'll own the end-to-end production process — briefing internal teams, managing timelines, coordinating cross-functionally, and serving as the main client contact across the channels each client prefers.
You'll be joining a lean, trust-based Production Team with a genuine blank slate to shape how you work. No micromanagement, no rigid playbook — just clear ownership, high standards, and a team that has your back.
Our IDEAL CANDIDATE brings 3–5 years of experience in roles like Marketing Project Manager, Digital Producer, Account Manager, or similar, ideally with agency experience. You know how to keep many workstreams moving without losing track of details, and you're equally comfortable briefing a team internally and presenting to a client externally. Beyond the hard skills, you pair confidence with competency in equal measure — the team trusts you with any project, and you trust yourself to run with it. You're proactive by default, comfortable in a low-oversight environment, and quick to ask the right questions rather than let something drift. You're not just easy to work with — you make a tight-knit team tighter.
Performance Metrics: Your performance will be measured by successful project delivery, client satisfaction, and the ability to maintain quality and timelines across multiple concurrent projects.
Reporting Structure: You'll be joining the Production Team, collaborating closely with Designers, Developers, the Sales Team, and the Managing Director. This position reports directly to the Digital Production Lead.
You’ll be doing things like:
-
Client Briefing & Internal Coordination: taking client brief forms submitted via website; checking for missing information; translating client requirements into actionable internal briefs for Designers and Developers; kicking off projects with clear direction
-
Project Management: leading multiple digital projects from concept to delivery — ranging from large batch projects with 700+ assets to 15 smaller quick-turnaround projects across banner development, motion video, creative design, and web support; developing project plans with timelines, milestones, and resource allocation; managing third-party web development partners for UX/UI, email builds, web applications, and CMS projects; identifying and managing risks; coordinating with Designers, Developers, Sales, and Marketing teams
-
Account & Client Communication: serving as main client contact across video calls, email, Slack, and Figma; leading Google Meet or Zoom client meetings; presenting progress and gathering feedback; managing revisions and scope changes
-
Quality Assurance & Documentation: ensuring deliverables meet quality standards through multi-layered QA; monitoring and reporting project progress to internal stakeholders; managing project documentation, contracts, and change orders; maintaining digital hygiene with naming conventions and file organisation as clients request
Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of prior experience in roles like Marketing Project Manager, Digital Producer, Account Manager, Account Supervisor, Account Director, or related production roles, ideally in an agency environment
- Experience managing digital production projects across banner development, motion video, and creative design — including resizing, formatting, versioning, storyboarding, animation, video editing, and client feedback cycles
- Proficiency with project management tools like ClickUp, Asana, or similar — ability to assign tasks, track progress, and keep multiple projects organised
- Ability to juggle a wide range of concurrent projects without losing track of details
- Confident and client-facing — comfortable speaking up, asking clarifying questions, and presenting progress without hesitation
- Tech fluency — comfortable learning new tools quickly and adapting to client-preferred platforms
- Collaborative and friendly — thrives in a tight-knit team culture
Bonus if you also have:
- Creative design background
- Experience managing web development projects (UX/UI, CMS, web applications)
- Passion for helping build remote team culture — hosting game days, organising team activities, or similar initiatives
- Familiarity with our tools: ClickUp, Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Illustrator), Google Workspace (Meet, Drive, Docs), Slack, Claude
