We create content that stops the scroll — and we need someone who knows exactly how to do that.
If you live inside Instagram Reels, obsess over what makes people watch till the end, and you've actually used AI video tools (not just heard of them) — keep reading.
What you'll work on:
- Editing short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn (45–90 seconds)
- Taking UGC raw footage and turning it into polished, high-retention Reels
- Creating AI-generated videos using tools like Runway ML, Kling, or HeyGen
- Sourcing and integrating stock footage from platforms like Storyblocks or Artgrid
- Adding motion graphics, kinetic captions, and sound design
You're who we're looking for if:
- You have 2–4 years of video editing experience
- Your portfolio includes short-form social media content (not just long-form)
- You've used at least one AI video generation platform professionally
- You work remotely, meet deadlines, and take feedback without ego
Tools you should know:
- CapCut
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- DaVinci Resolve
- After Effects
- Runway ML / Kling / HeyGen / Pika
