At TalentPop App, we’re building a talented remote team focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences, operational support, and digital growth strategies within the E-Commerce space. We’re currently looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and creative SEO Assistant to join our growing team.
As an SEO Assistant, you’ll collaborate with our Marketing and SEO teams to support search engine optimization initiatives, improve website visibility, and contribute to long-term digital growth efforts. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, content optimization, and E-Commerce platforms in a fast-paced remote environment.

What You’ll Do
- Conduct SEO audits, keyword research, and on-page content optimization
- Support backlink outreach initiatives and monitor website performance using analytics tools
- Assist with product catalog management, Shopify site updates, and website structure improvements
- Use tools such as Google Analytics and Klaviyo to analyze customer behavior and engagement trends
- Create reports, monitor SEO performance metrics, and stay updated on industry best practices
Technical Requirements
- Reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps for both upload and download
- Personally owned PC or laptop with at least an Intel i5 processor or equivalent, and a minimum of 8GB RAM
What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year of SEO experience within an E-Commerce environment
- Proficiency with SEO and analytics tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, and Excel
- Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, and Google Merchant Center is preferred
- Strong written communication and content organization skills; Canva or basic design experience is a plus
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
