Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Engineer to help build and scale a next-generation wireless telecom platform. As one of the first engineering hires, you will play a critical role in designing core telecom infrastructure, building scalable backend systems, and shaping the overall technical architecture of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop LTE/5G core network components.
- Build and optimize IMS (IP Multimedia Subsystem) infrastructure.
- Develop telecom services using SIP, RTP, Diameter, and SS7 protocols.
- Build scalable backend services and APIs.
- Develop orchestration layers connecting telecom systems, eSIM provisioning platforms, and internal services.
- Develop customer-facing self-service portals and management dashboards.
- Deploy and manage cloud-native applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Required Experience
- 5+ years of software engineering experience.
- Strong backend engineering experience.
- Experience with Rust or Go.
- Experience with distributed systems and microservices.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
- Ability to work independently in a startup environment.

- Telecom/Wireless industry experience.
- MVNO/MNO platform experience.
- eSIM provisioning and activation knowledge.
- Low-latency real-time systems experience.
- Infrastructure-as-Code expertise.
