Horizon Tech is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support & Operations Specialist to join our team. This role requires prior experience in the US market and a strong background in sales order processing and e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational skills and be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, capable of handling data entry, record-keeping, and file management efficiently. The position involves working closely with popular marketplaces such as Home Depot, Lowe's, Amazon, and Zoro to ensure seamless sales operations and accurate order fulfillment. The Specialist will manage a team of five professionals, leading by example and prioritizing tasks effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential to coordinate with internal teams and external partners. This role demands a keen eye for detail to maintain accurate sales data and ensure operational excellence. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting Horizon Tech’s growth by enhancing sales support processes and streamlining e-commerce operations.
Responsibilities:
- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently to meet customer requirements and company standards.
- Manage e-commerce operations across multiple platforms including Home Depot, Lowe's, Amazon, and Zoro.
- Maintain meticulous records and handle data entry using Microsoft Excel to track sales and inventory.
- Monitor sales order status and resolve any discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure orders are fulfilled and shipped on schedule.
- Lead and support a team of five sales support professionals, providing guidance and managing workloads.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance order processing and operational efficiency.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with internal departments and external partners to facilitate smooth sales operations.
- Prioritize multiple tasks and manage time efficiently to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, market regulations, and customer requirements in all sales support activities.
- Prepare reports and analyze sales data to support decision-making and improve operational strategies.
- Maintain excellent attention to detail to minimize errors in sales orders and documentation.
- Support training and development initiatives for team members to build capabilities and improve performance.
