About the Role

Trust Point Services is expanding its team and looking for energetic, confident, and hardworking individuals to join us in Lahore. We have open positions for Sales Staff and Female Telemarketing Staff to help drive business growth and deliver high-quality customer communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Interaction: Engage with prospective customers over calls or in-person to explain services and offerings.
• Sales Generation: Meet performance targets by identifying sales opportunities and converting leads into sales.
• Telemarketing: Conduct outbound calling campaigns and handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through excellent service.
• Record Keeping: Maintain logs of customer calls, feedback, and sales pipeline records.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Personal Traits: Highly confident, self-motivated, punctual, and hardworking.
• Experience: Prior experience in sales or telemarketing is preferred (Fresh candidates with good skills are also encouraged to apply).
• Location: Candidates must be based in or willing to commute to Lahore.
