About the Role: Revenue Integrity Group is looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Medical Billing Sales Executive to join our growing team. You will play a crucial role in helping healthcare providers improve their cash flow and financial performance by offering our expert medical billing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads and identify prospective clients in the healthcare sector.
• Proactively reach out to physicians, clinics, DME suppliers, and healthcare organizations.
• Present our medical billing and RCM services effectively.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Consistently meet monthly sales targets to drive company growth.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Medical Billing Sales or Healthcare B2B Sales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident, professional, and well-spoken demeanor.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organized.
• Familiarity with U.S. healthcare and medical billing services is highly preferred.

Compensation Options:

• Option 1: Fixed Salary (PKR 40,000 – 70,000 per month, based on experience and performance).
• Option 2: Commission-based (10% commission on the first three invoices for every account successfully closed).
