Sales Representative - Remote (Full-Time)
BuildAndHost LLC is a US-based web development company hiring remote sales representatives to help grow our client base.
About Us
We build and host professional websites for small businesses in the United States - plumbers, electricians, contractors, and other local service providers. We handle everything from design to hosting to ongoing maintenance.
The Role
You'll make outbound calls to US-based small businesses, introduce our services, and get interested prospects to fill out our intake form. No cold closing required - our US team handles the final sale.
Compensation
$200 USD/month base salary + commision + performance based bonuses
Performance bonuses based on qualified leads that convert to paying clients
Paid monthly via Wise, Payoneer, or bank transfer

Sales script and training
Phone system for making US calls
Demo sites to reference
Ongoing support from team lead
What You'll Do
Make outbound calls to US businesses during shift
Follow our conversational sales approach (not pushy telemarketing)
Log all calls in our tracking system
Send interested leads to our intake form
Follow up with prospects who requested callbacks
Report daily activity to team lead
Requirements
Fluent English with clear pronunciation
Reliable internet connection
Computer with headset/microphone
Comfortable with rejection (most calls are "no" - that's normal)
Self-motivated and consistent
Schedule
Full-time: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday
This is a set schedule, not flexible hours
