What you’ll be doing
You will find, qualify, and book meetings with high-value prospects. You will be the engine at the front of the sales funnel and your pipeline directly impacts company growth.
Daily responsibilities:
- Outbound prospecting: Conduct targeted cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls to identify decision-makers.
- Qualification: Speak with inbound leads and outbound prospects to determine fit for services.
- Pipeline management: Keep CRM organized, update lead statuses, and ensure timely follow-ups.

Flawless English communication: Exceptional verbal and written English for phone, email, and LinkedIn.

Active listening & i>objection handling: Ability to listen to prospects and navigate standard rejections.

Outbound prospecting experience: Source own leads and execute cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreach.

CRM & sales tech literacy: Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRMs and tools like Apollo, Lemlist, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Resilience & persistence: Ability to handle frequent rejection and maintain momentum.

Time management & self-discipline: Self-starter able to maintain high daily output in a 100% remote role.

Previous sales experience (preferred): Prior sales development experience is a plus.
