Job Summary:
We are currently seeking hardworking, energetic, and experienced individuals to fill urgent openings for Sales Man and Order Taker roles. The ideal candidates will play a crucial part in expanding our market presence, managing daily sales operations, and maintaining strong relationships with retail clients.
Available Positions & Openings:
- 1. Sales Man (01 Position): Responsible for promoting products, driving direct sales in the assigned territory, meeting sales targets, and identifying new business growth opportunities.
- 2. Order Taker (01 Position): Responsible for visiting markets, collecting accurate daily orders from retail outlets, ensuring timely communication with the distribution office, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit assigned markets, shops, and stores regularly according to the distribution plan.
- Pitch products effectively to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Take accurate product orders and coordinate smoothly with the inventory and dispatch teams.
- Maintain professional and positive relations with existing clients while exploring new market avenues.
- Report daily market feedback, competitor activities, and sales progress to management.

Candidate Requirements:
- Experience: Relevant practical experience in sales, field distribution, or order booking is required. Candidates with prior field experience will be given preference.
