ZAG Printing Equipment and Consumables is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate has a minimum of two years of experience in sales and possesses strong communication and marketing skills. This role focuses on developing and maintaining customer relationships while actively identifying and engaging potential clients to promote our range of printing equipment and consumables. The Sales Executive will work independently to drive sales growth by expertly managing their sales territory and utilizing closing techniques to secure deals. This position requires a proactive approach to territory management, frequent interaction with potential customers, and effective negotiation skills. The Sales Executive does not manage a team but plays a critical role in enhancing the company's market presence by meeting sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction. Exceptional customer relationship management and the ability to close deals efficiently are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to potential customers within the assigned sales territory to promote the company’s printing equipment and consumables.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct regular meetings with prospects and existing customers to present product features and benefits, address concerns, and close sales.
  • Apply effective negotiation and closing techniques to finalize sales agreements and achieve revenue targets.
  • Manage territory sales activities by planning and organizing schedules to maximize customer contact and sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns and product launches.
  • Track sales performance metrics and report progress to management to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to adapt sales approaches as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards in all sales activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-up activities using the company’s customer relationship management system.
