Need to have qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in sales support, business development, IT, print, or customer service
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience using CRM systems and maintaining accurate pipeline data
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Experience in data analytics and reporting
- Background in IT or managed print services
- Experience conducting market or client research
Responsibilities:
- Book meetings with prospective clients and support outreach efforts
- Prepare and assist with proposals and contracts for new business
- Manage and update CRM systems with accurate customer and lead data
- Respond to emails and phone calls from customers and prospects
- Conduct research on potential clients and target industries
- Analyze and present data on sales performance and customer behavior
- Deliver high-quality customer service and ongoing client support
- Work independently to manage tasks and meet performance goals
