Refine Success (Pvt. Ltd.) is a Lahore-based financial services firm delivering tailored capital, advisory, and technology-enabled solutions to individuals, SMEs, and corporates across Pakistan. We combine local market insight with disciplined analytics to offer investment advisory, corporate finance, risk management, working capital solutions and digital financial services. The Sales and Marketing Associate will represent Refine Success in Islamabad to grow client relationships, build pipeline across target segments, and communicate product value to drive revenue and client success.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Identify and qualify prospective clients in Islamabad across retail, SME and corporate segments through research, outreach and networking.
- Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly acquisition and revenue targets.
- Deliver product presentations and tailored proposals that articulate Refine Success solutionsworking capital, advisory engagements and digital finance offerings.
- Manage the sales process from lead to close, coordinating with credit, legal and delivery teams to ensure compliant onboarding and timely execution.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, prepare regular pipeline and performance reports, and forecast sales activity.
- Collaborate with marketing to adapt messaging, digital campaigns and events for local market needs and lead generation.
- Provide post-sale client follow-up to ensure satisfaction, identify cross-sell opportunities and capture client feedback for product improvement.
We seek a motivated salesperson with strong commercial judgment, excellent communication skills and the ability to translate financial products into client benefits. This role is based in Islamabad and reports to the Head of Sales with close coordination across operations and product teams.
What we're looking for
- Proven sales experience within financial services, banking, fintech or related B2B/B2C contexts, with demonstrated target achievement.
- Strong communication and presentation skills; able to explain financial products and ROI to non-technical stakeholders.
- Consultative selling and negotiation skills, including preparing proposal documentation and closing deals.
- Territory planning, lead generation, CRM management and pipeline forecasting experience.
- Basic understanding of corporate finance, working capital products, risk assessment and advisory services.
- Organizational skills to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (credit, legal, operations) and manage multiple opportunities concurrently.
- Comfortable using MS Office, CRM platforms and digital marketing channels for outreach and reporting.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, with strong networking abilities and attention to compliance and client confidentiality.
