What you'll be doing
We are looking for motivated and dedicated fresh graduates from a Computer Science background to join our team through a structured 3-month paid training program.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are eager to build a long-term career in the digital and technical field. We are not looking for experts, instead, we aim to train, mentor, and develop individuals into reliable team members we can trust and grow with in the future.
Selected candidates will receive hands-on training in multiple domains including SEO, lead generation, web development, and WordPress. After successful completion of the training period, high-performing candidates will be offered long-term roles within the company.
Our goal is to build a strong, dependable team that can work together with trust, commitment, and growth in mind.
What we're looking for
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate actively in the 3-month paid training program
- Learn and execute tasks related to:
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Lead Generation strategies
- WordPress website development
- Basic web development (HTML, CSS, etc.)
- Other technical and digital tasks as assigned
- Complete daily and weekly assigned tasks with consistency
- Maintain clear communication with team members and supervisors
- Demonstrate willingness to learn, adapt, and improve
- Follow instructions and meet deadlines efficiently
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred)
- Strong English communication skills are mandatory (spoken and written)
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (no prior experience required)
- Basic understanding of computers, internet usage, and technology
- Willingness to learn SEO, lead generation, WordPress, and web development
- Must be committed to completing the full 3-month paid training program
- Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks responsibly
- Positive attitude, discipline, and strong work ethic

QUALIFICATIONS
- Fluent English (spoken and written) is mandatory
- Must have a reliable internet connection (good WiFi required)
- Must have a quiet and dedicated personal workspace for work/training
- Must have access to a laptop (minimum Intel 8th Generation or equivalent)
