We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Virtual Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, your primary responsibility will be online research and database management. You will help us find and verify B2B lead data, ensuring our sales records are accurate and free of duplicates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct web research to extract corporate contact information (emails, LinkedIn profiles, office phone numbers).
- Accurately input data into Google Sheets and keep records organized.
- Format large datasets, filter lists, and perform routine data cleaning.
Requirements:
- Excellent proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets (formulas like COUNTIF or basic filtering are a plus).
- Strong attention to detail (catching typos and formatting errors).
