Our online store is expanding, and we need a dedicated E-Commerce Virtual Assistant to help manage day-to-day store operations. You will ensure our product listings are updated and customer inquiries are handled promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and upload product descriptions using provided templates.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate shipment tracking.
- Respond to basic customer inquiries regarding order tracking and returns.
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms (Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, or eBay).
- Familiarity with basic design tools like Canva for minor image formatting is a plus.
- Good written English skills to communicate with international buyers.
