We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Remote Customer Support Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers — resolving issues, answering queries, and ensuring a seamless experience across all channels.
Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone in a timely and professional mannerDiagnose and resolve customer issues related to products, orders, billing, and technical problemsMaintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM tools (e.g. Zendesk, Freshdesk)Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams and follow up until resolutionIdentify patterns in customer feedback and share insights with the product and operations teamMeet or exceed KPIs including response time, CSAT score, and first-contact resolution rate
1+ Month of experience in customer support or a related client-facing role. Intermediate written and verbal communication skills in English. Comfortable using helpdesk and ticketing software. Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently in a remote environment. Stable internet connection and a dedicated home workspace
$55K–$75K salary
