Description:
Logic Finder is seeking a skilled and results-driven Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects and oversee the Business Development team. The role focuses on delivering projects on time and within budget while supporting business growth and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership
Lead and supervise the Business Development team; align team activities with company goals and foster a collaborative, performance-oriented environment.

Project Management & Coordination
Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects within defined timelines and budgets; coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery.

Business Development
Develop and implement business development strategies for client acquisition and revenue growth; identify new business opportunities and support strategic partnerships.

Operational Support
Work with operations to improve processes and operational efficiency; identify gaps and implement solutions.

Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong client relationships; address client concerns and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Additional Duties
Perform other duties as assigned.
What we’re looking for

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in project management; IT industry experience preferred.

Project management; business development (IT preferred); leadership and team management; decision-making; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Work Mode & Shift
Remote; Night shift (timing: 6pm to 3am).

Salary
70,000 - 80,000 PKR per month.
