Description:
StaffShore is seeking an organized, proactive Project Coordinator to provide remote support for international client projects. The role focuses on task tracking, workflow updates, communication, documentation, and day-to-day project support. Responsibilities include:
- Track project tasks, deadlines, progress updates, and pending items
- Coordinate with internal team members, subcontractors, or client contacts as needed
- Maintain project documentation, status reports, meeting notes, and task updates
- Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and sharing meeting summaries
- Monitor project workflows and follow up on delayed or incomplete tasks
- Update project management tools with accurate task status and notes
