The successful candidate will have at least one year of relevant experience and be capable of setting up a WordPress site from scratch, configuring plugins, and managing product variations such as size, material, and specifications within WooCommerce. Basic image editing, familiarity with Excel or spreadsheets, and experience with metadata and content management systems are essential. Responsibilities:
- Build and configure WordPress websites from installation through theme setup and plugin configuration using Elementor or similar page builders.
- Create and maintain a structured product catalogue within WooCommerce, managing product details, variations, and specifications accurately.
- Perform bulk product uploads and updates using CSV files and ensure all catalogue data follows strict naming conventions and quality standards.
- Conduct regular data quality assurance to verify accuracy, consistency, and completeness of product information.
- Utilize basic image editing tools to optimize product visuals for the online catalogue.
- Manage metadata effectively to improve product searchability and classification within the content management system.
- Maintain daily communication via designated channels and respond promptly to queries related to assigned tasks.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather accurate product information and ensure timely updates to the catalogue.
- Follow prescribed workflows and standard operating procedures closely, asking questions whenever clarification is needed.
- Demonstrate reliability by ensuring consistent output during working hours and maintaining backup power and internet connectivity.
