Parts Procurement & Work Order Audit Specialist

Full-Time | Remote

We’re looking for a detail-driven specialist to manage parts sourcing, track usage, and audit work orders to ensure accuracy, cost control, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and purchase device parts (phones, laptops, computers) via platforms like Amazon and eBay
• Review and audit work orders for accuracy and discrepancies
• Track and process returns (RMA, refunds, credits)
• Monitor inventory usage and reduce unnecessary costs
• Maintain accurate records and reports
• Coordinate with technicians and operations teams

KPIs

• Order accuracy
• Cost savings
• RMA recovery
• Audit accuracy
• Reduction in lost/unused parts

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, inventory, or purchasing
• Familiar with Amazon, eBay, or similar platforms
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets
• Basic electronics knowledge (a plus)
