Description:
As our Partner Backend Developer, you will:
- Architect, build, and optimize backend services and APIs
- Work extensively across microservices-based environments
- Lead backend execution across multiple ongoing projects
- Collaborate closely with product, DevOps, and frontend teams
- Contribute to system scalability, reliability, and performance
- Participate in technical decision-making and roadmap planning

Technical Expertise
We are looking for strong experience in:
- Laravel (advanced)
- Microservices architecture and service communication
- REST APIs and backend integrations
- MySQL database design and optimization
- Queues, workers, and asynchronous processing
- Designing scalable and secure backend systems
Bonus (nice to have):
- Experience with cloud environments and distributed deployments
- Docker or containerized environments
You do not need to be a full-stack developer, but you must be confident in backend engineering at a system-architecture level.
Partnership-Based Compensation
This is not a fixed-salary role. Compensation is based on commissions from platform sales and revenue. For the right partner, we are open to stock options/equity participation.
