About the Role
We help commercial and industrial US companies lower their energy costs, and you're the engine that fills our pipeline. Your job is focused and high-impact: call companies in specific states across the United States, reach the right decision-maker, and get them to share a recent utility bill so our team can run a free energy audit. You're the first voice these companies hear from us.
This is a phone-first outbound role for someone who is confident on the call, unbothered by rejection, and motivated by hitting targets.
About Us:
We're an energy cost-reduction advisory partnered with one of the largest deregulated energy brokers in the US. We work with mid-sized commercial and industrial clients in deregulated energy states like Ohio and Pennsylvania to cut what they spend on electricity and gas. You'll be representing a credible, established offer.
What You'll Do
- Make outbound calls to US manufacturing companies (lists provided — you won't source your own leads)
- Get past gatekeepers and reach decision-makers in operations, facilities, and finance
- Follow up by email to secure the bill — send the request, answer questions, and keep the thread alive until the bill lands
- Handle objections with confidence on both phone and email
- Log every call, email, and outcome in our CRM

Your one KPI: qualified utility bills sourced each week. Everything else (dials, emails, connects) is just how you get there.
What We're Looking For

Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral accent — you sound natural and trustworthy to a US listener. This is the #1 requirement.

Prior experience cold-calling or doing outbound sales / appointment setting for US or North American companies
- Thick skin and persistence — a "no" doesn't rattle you
- Comfortable with a dialer/VoIP system, a CRM, and Google Sheets
- Reliable high-speed internet, a quiet work environment, and a good-quality headset
- Available to work US Eastern business hours (approximately 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM Pakistan time)
- Experience in B2B services
- A track record of hitting lead-gen or appointment-setting targets
