Salary:
R28,000 per month (Non-negotiable)

Position Overview:

 

The Outbound Consultant is responsible for driving new business through high-volume, high-quality outbound sales activity, with a strong focus on generating and converting high-value opportunities.

This role plays a critical part in pipeline creation, consistent prospect engagement, and revenue generation across both B2B and B2C markets.

The successful candidate will confidently engage senior decision-makers, control sales conversations, and guide prospects through structured, high-ticket sales processes to close.

Success is measured by activity levels, pipeline generation, conversion rates, and revenue outcomes.

  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and targeted outreach to engage qualified prospects
  • Build and manage a consistent pipeline of high-value sales opportunities
  • Drive revenue growth through structured outbound engagement
  • Engage senior decision-makers in professional, high-level business conversations
  • Qualify opportunities and guide prospects through complex sales processes
  • Effectively position services to align with client needs and commercial objectives
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, tracking all interactions and pipeline progression
  • Monitor and achieve personal sales KPIs, including activity and conversion metrics
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover of qualified opportunities
  • Contribute to the optimisation of outbound strategies and sales processes

Desired Experience & Qualification

Qualifications & Experience:

 

Required:

  • 5–8+ years’ experience in outbound sales or business development
  • Proven experience in high-ticket sales environments
  • Strong experience working with CRM systems and managing pipelines
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with confident, persuasive English
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred:

  • Experience in finance, investment, property, or high-value transaction environments
  • Experience in both B2B and B2C sales
  • Experience working with international clients
  • Familiarity with structured outbound sales methodologies
