We’re looking for a video editor who doesn’t just cut clips but thinks, creates, and builds content that actually performs.
This is not a “follow instructions and edit” role. You’ll be expected to take ideas, improve them, and turn them into content that stands out across social media and campaigns.
If you naturally analyse content and think “this could be better”, you’ll fit well here.

What you’ll be doing
- Create high-quality short-form and long-form video content (social media, ads, campaigns)
- Design and integrate motion graphics that enhance storytelling
- Take rough ideas and turn them into polished, engaging content
- Improve content through better pacing, hooks, and structure
- Experiment with trends, formats, and styles that perform
- Use AI tools to speed up workflows and enhance output
- Maintain a consistent, high-quality visual standard
What we’re looking for
- Strong portfolio/showreel (this is essential)
- Proven ability in video editing + motion graphics
- Skilled in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects (or similar)
- Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and attention retention
- Ability to work independently with minimal handholding
- Someone who brings ideas — not just execution
Nice to have
- Experience creating performance-driven content (ads, reels, TikTok-style content)
- Familiarity with AI tools in video or design workflows
- Basic understanding of branding and visual consistency
